We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance for full wedding decoration services. Popular dates fill up quickly, especially during peak wedding season from May through October. However, we do our best to accommodate shorter timelines whenever possible.
Absolutely! We regularly travel for destination weddings across the country and internationally. Travel and accommodation costs are included in your custom proposal. We have created breathtaking celebrations everywhere from Napa vineyards to Caribbean beaches.
Every single package is fully customized. There is no one-size-fits-all approach at Concept By Paradise. During your consultation, we will discuss every detail — from flower preferences and color palettes to venue logistics and budget — to create a completely personalized proposal.
Our team arrives hours before your ceremony to set up every arrangement with meticulous care. We coordinate directly with your venue and planner, handle all logistics, and stay until every petal is perfect. You simply arrive and enjoy the magic we have created.
Yes! After the design proposal phase, we create sample arrangements for you to review in person. This allows you to see, touch, and smell the blooms before the big day. We refine every detail based on your feedback until it matches your vision perfectly.
We understand that plans can change. Deposits are refundable up to 90 days before the event date, minus a small administrative fee. Cancellations within 90 days may be subject to a graduated fee structure based on the work already completed. Full details are provided in your service agreement.
